After a half a year we released Vodafone One app. I bring mine expertise to the team to explore the ideas and concepts. I designed fully functional prototype at initial phase to ensure customer insights being reflected in the final product.

Purchase the Plan

You can purchase Unlimited data, Unlimited calls and messages in simple flow. No visit of store or any other obstacles in the way.

Activate eSIM

Fully digital eSIM process, when you just choose eSIM, if you prefere and at the completion of your purchase, you just simply activate your plan.

Manage Subscription

You can anytime control your spending for upcoming month. Cancel anytime. Upgrade to hier tiers or just pause the plan for a while, when you don't need it.

Payment Flows

All the payments are done automatically. That something, that is new in Vodafone Czech, where all payments are invoce-based requiring customer manual Pay the Bill action.

I was with the team from the initial start of the project. I did all the concepts and UI flows for whole project. I define the parts that needs to be validated with research and usability testing later on. I prepared many designs for app and lending pages as well as the interactive prototypes for user testing at initial phases.

Product Positioning

I help the team to validate different ideas in conceptual phase before being implemented.

UI Flows and Interactions

At the initial phase I explore different ideas on overall navigational interaction patterns due to the feature list for the app. I also prepare UI for upcoming versions of the app incorporates future products.

Prototyping for User Testing

Most of the significant changes and overall newly introduced concepts like managing subscription with close relation to your SIM card pottentially being affected were carefully tested.

I prepared functional prototype for the need of the user test and brief the agency in areas we wanna dive deep on.

Marketing

I designed landing page for the campaing promoting the new subscription concept.
