I brought my expertise to the team to explore and validate the initial concept. I created a fully functional prototype and iterated the design to reflect customer insights.

Purchase the Plan

Unlimited data, unlimited calls and messages — all in a simple flow. No need to visit a store or deal with unnecessary obstacles.

Activate eSIM

A fully digital eSIM process. If you prefer eSIM, just select it and activate your plan right after completing the purchase.

Manage Subscription

You can control your spending for the upcoming month at any time. Cancel anytime. Upgrade to higher tiers or pause the plan when you don’t need it.

Payment Flows

All payments are handled automatically — a new approach for Vodafone Czech, where payments were previously invoice-based and required manual customer action.

You can do everything directly in the app — including managing your subscription plan. We designed onboarding flows to help users understand and activate eSIM. From there, users can upgradepause, or cancel their plans right within the app.

My Contribution

I joined the project from the very beginning. I explored the problem space and created the initial concept. Later, I prepared prototypes for user testing. In the production phase, I delivered the final designs for both the mobile app and the promotional landing page.

Product Positioning

I supported the team in validating different concepts during the early ideation phase — before implementation.

Interaction Design

I explored various navigation patterns based on the app’s feature set and designed UI flows for final product. I did multiple iteration based on actionable insights from user testing I briefed the agency to do for us.

Prototyping

We tested major changes and new ideas — especially those affecting the SIM experience. I prepared functional prototypes for user testing and briefed the research agency on focus areas.

Marketing

I designed the landing page for the campaign promoting the new subscription model.
