Complete website simplification and redesign reflecting global branding activities.
We aim to improve the discoverability of the services that Vodafone offers and support new products with UPC acquisition.
I prepared deep-dive data analysis on how our customers behave on our Vodafone website to help us make decisions throughout the design process. I was also focusing on the improvement of mobile usability.
Throughout the years I was involved in 2 redesigns of the homepage and multiple other marketing microsites, new UI flows, and optimizations of existing ones.
I started with an understanding of the current content on the website from the user's perspective.
With the content strategy in mind, I established the simplified navigation and overall information architecture overhaul.
Then I help the team validate ideas and different directions by testing low-fidelity prototypes.
Then I define the design principles for our new redesign website and help the design team to follow them.
